  Fishman Flooring Solutions is committed to providing best in class customer service to our clients. As a Regional Sales Manager with Fishman Flooring Solutions, you’ll have the chance to help influence our progressive growth in the Virginia/Tennessee market where we stock major brands of commercial and residential flooring products, and flooring installation tools and supplies. The talented, self-driven professional we seek will be responsible for leading sales functions and guiding Fishman’s talented sales force in an assigned geographic region.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • a valid driver’s license
  • minimum of five (5) years outside sales experience
  • minimum of two (2) years sales leadership experience
  • ability to assume responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective regional sales programs and policies
  • experience in effectively supervising a sales force, ensuring optimal performance; conducting performance appraisals as required and providing feedback
  • ability to maintain professional business relations with customers in order to ensure that all needs are being met
  • ability to train business managers and the customer service team on products and ensure that all product initiatives are being handled in accordance with company standards
  • ability to work closely with Regional Operations Managers to ensure branch operations and warehouse activities are able to handle customer demand and in accordance with company guidelines
  • ability to maintain awareness of company’s competitive position, industry trends, changing business environment, and relationships with vendors and trade contacts
  • computer proficiency, most notably with MS Office Suite
